    Before you stop, choose tomorrow’s first step. Tomorrow starts there instead of from a blank page.

    Play back the week

    On Friday, see outcomes by project, check last week’s commitment, and set the next one. It stays private unless you choose to publish it.

Working with AI agents

Your agent proposes. You approve.

When an agent does the work with you, it can stage the session: project, time, outcome, and link. The proposal waits for your review. Nothing enters your record until you approve it, and you can reject anything that isn't right.
